Four Rivers Home Ownership Program

First Commerce Bank is working with the North Central Regional Planning Commission to improve the quality of life for current and future Clay County and Marshall County residents through home ownership.  The program offers down payment and closing cost assistance.

Loan terms/conditions

• Amount - $10,000, subject to availability of funds
• Rate  - 3% fixed interest rate
• Term - 20 years
• Collateral - Unsecured
• Monthly Payment - based on term of loan with minimum payment of $60
• Fees - $100 processing fee
• Deadline - available through November 30, 2024 with closing completed by December 31, 2024.
• Eligibility
  • Owner/occupied in Clay County or Marshall County, Kansas
  • Home purchase price of $50,000 or greater
  • Borrower with 700+ credit score from national credit bureau source
  • Meet bank qualifications for its loan

Grant terms/conditions

• Maximum Amount - $2,500, subject to availability of funds
• Eligibility
  • Must be combined with loan program, not available by itself
  • Same eligibility requirements as loan program
